How long does shipping take?
Most orders placed online before midnight EST ship next business day. Delivery after that is typically within 2-4 business days to a US address (as long as there aren't any problems with the delivery address, extreme weather delays, etc.). If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us so we can let you know if it can get to you on time.
Delivery times to addresses outside of the US can vary, but is usually within 2-4 weeks.
How much is shipping?
All orders ship for a flat $5 rate, or free for online orders over $99. This applies to all orders shipped within the United States (excluding purchase orders, see below*).
International rates vary. To find out the exact amount, go to your Cart and then click "Estimate Shipping” to see your options
What shipping methods/options are there?
Most orders via USPS (United States Post Office). For orders over $200, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to signature required at no extra charge.
Most international orders ship via UPS.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship domestically within the United States and Puerto Rico (including Hawaii and Alaska).
We also ship to many other countries around the world (Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UK, Europe, and more). For more information on international shipping, click here.
I’m traveling in the US - can I ship to a hotel?
Getting packages delivered to a hotel can be tricky. Sometimes hotels will refuse the package if it's not addressed to the hotel’s standard, or send it back if it sits for too long, etc. If you must ship to a hotel, however, there are a few steps you can take to help prevent this from happening:
- Call the hotel before placing the order and ask if they will accept a package on your behalf.
- If they will, ask them what you should use as the shipping address. For example, most will want you to add a line saying “Attn: Guest ____” or “Attn: Room #____."
- Ask if they will hold the package for you if it gets there before you do.
- Lastly, if you are only going to be in town for a short time, be sure to place the order well in advance to account for any unexpected USPS delays. Scroll up to the first question to find out how long shipping takes.
Is shipping for purchase orders different?
Yes. For purchase orders (US only) placed by a school, hospital, or organization, shipping is:
- $10 for orders under $100
- $20 for orders between $100.01 - $200
- $30 for orders between $200.01 - $300
- $40 for orders between $300.01 - $400
- $50 for orders $400.01 and up
