Caution: This product is not a toy. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Although these chew tools are sturdy and durable, no chew tool is indestructible. Wear/tear may be expected given the nature of the intended use. How long they last is typically equal to the amount and intensity of the chewing, as well as other variables (such as jaw strength, stress/anxiety levels, if other sensory strategies are in place, etc.). While for some people a chew tool will last forever, for others with heavy/aggressive oral needs, they may go through it very quickly. Regularly inspect the chew and replace at first sign of wear/tear.

I've been biting my cheeks daily for years*. I really wanted to stop before my wedding and I got sick of finding random plastic things to chew on that would always end up disintegrating. I did not know adult chew toys existed but they are amazing. I've I've been cheek biting free since I got them! They squeaked a little at first which I didn't love but after biting on them for some time it went away. They are the perfect size as well.

I bought two packs, one in the neutral colors and one in the fire colors. I'm glad I found these because I like to chew and play with things in my mouth but I'm not a fan of chewlery. This is a great option. I would love to see a product similar to this, but shaped more like a popsicle stick so it's flatter.

If you're not a chewer, they are still satisfying to suck on and play with your tongue as an oral stim. Also, thanks to these I was able to finally kick my nicotine habit. It has a similar mouth-feel and really helped in that battle.

I bought these for a student of mine that puts everything in his mouth. The chews were amazing and he enjoyed them immensely, however he has lost all three in the course of a month. I wish they came with a carrying case so he could store them at his desk and/or I could have something that I could collect the chew in at the end of the day. Overall I think the product is great and served its purpose.

I have a terrible habit of plucking my facial hair or chewing on my beard/moustache hairs when I'm stressed, bored, not thinking, etc. and it is really discouraging when I feel like no matter what I try, I can't quit. It starts a downward spiral when I see the bald spots it causes and makes me want to not see people or cover up with makeup. In addition to praying about my habit (which helps immensely), the Chewth Pick is an incredible addition to my arsenal of tactics to fight Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) and hair-pulling disorders. Thank You Jesus for this item! I use all 3 depending on how I'm feeling. They are a bit more conspicuous than I was expecting, in which case maybe I should have gone for the tan ones, but the blue set is nice because it's much harder to misplace them and you can quickly tell at a glance which is the hardest/softest. My other negative was it took way too long for the items to arrive, but I think that was more of USPS's fault than Ark's. Lastly, I wish I had some type of carrying case because throwing them in my pocket seems unsanitary. Almost makes me wish I got one of the necklaces, but I don't know if that would have been ideal in an office setting.

1. Used these for my erupting wisdom teeth (I'm 20) 2. Real nice got a 3 pack: red, yellow, orange I'm a hard biter and like it to give a little, so orange was my favorite in that bunch.

I'd been looking for a chew to replace the copious amounts of hard candy and soda I typically consume to manage my oral fixation and was super pleased to find these! As someone who doesn't actually chew very much, just enjoys having something I can hold with my teeth while doing tasks that require both hands, the XXT has been my favorite from the variety pack. While it certainly bends, the firmness of the material makes it easy to hold in the mouth with minimal effort, making it great to fiddle with while typing or folding laundry (I find holding it in my front teeth and using my tongue flick it from side to side especially satisfying). The softer chews are nice and I can see why other people would like them, but for me a bit too squeaky. I will definitely be ordering more in the XXT firmness! I am excited to try the textured ones. I'd love for Ark to offer some kind of little plastic carrying case to hold 2-3 of them.

I’ve recently stopped vaping and was looking for some sort of alternative to keep my mouth occupied so I do not reach for my vape. I wouldn’t say this has 100% cured my cravings for vaping nor do I use it all day. I’ve been mainly using it while I game and I feel it’s helped me maintain focus during intense moments while gaming and helps me forget about vaping during my gaming sessions. It’s definitely fun to chew on. My jaw feels like it’s getting a work out as well. I purchase the variety pack to give me the 3 intensity options. For me personally the middle option has been my go too by far. I really want to give the textured Chewths a try next.

I've been snacking instead of chewing on non-food items, so I got the multi pack. The standard one feels about right, but I'm glad I tried the others. It's nice to have something I can chew on which doesn't change texture (like gum does) and which I can take out of my mouth when I want a sip of tea. Downsides are that I'm not used to it, so sometimes it falls out of my mouth when I'm not paying attention, and it squeaks against my teeth (this annoys me sometimes and makes me hesitant to use it in a shared workspace).

Slightly embarrassing to say but I discovered these from a fan fiction piece and I'm so glad I did! These have really helped me with my anxiety and satiated my need to chew. Gum was always my go-to but it never agreed with my stomach so I turned to candy which isn't great for your teeth and it also didn't help that I would have sour candy lol. Ever since I got these I've been so much more lax. I initially got the neutral pack to see which toughness level I was and XXT matched me the absolute best. There was both enough toughness and give to it; they're not plastic tough like I feared and as you chew it kinda works it down to a pleasant toughness. The standard and XT do squeak a ton which bothers me when I'm feeling overstimulated but I do still enjoy chewing them, I just chew them at home. Using them as I was out and about in public, at school, and at work was difficult in the beginning because I'm terribly self-conscious but I was only met with genuine curiosity. Tl;dr these are incredible and I've already bought more of the dark grey XXT lol!

Excellent product, and excellent customer service. I’m glad I got the variety pack. As an adult I assumed I would need a tougher chew but it turns out I prefer the softer ones. I thought to try it after noticing how badly I chew the insides of my mouth in stressful situations/when I get worn out. I can’t believe how helpful these are, I wish I had them as a child/teen.

ARK chew tools come in 3 color-coded toughness levels:
Usually we recommend going with the softest/standard level by default. Unless someone chews through or causes damage to anything else they chew on (chews through pencils, chews holes in shirts, etc.), in which case the XT level would be longer lasting.
If someone does chew through things, it’s possible they may need the toughest XXT level eventually. XXT is super firm, though, so we don't always recommend getting it right off the bat (some people find it uncomfortable chewing on something that firm).
So XXT is usually best either for people who have chewed through the XT level already, and/or for anyone who already likes chewing on very hard items - things like legos, hard plastic toys, wooden items, etc.
Heads up: Designs that are wider and "beefier" will feel tougher than designs that are more slender in the same toughness level. For example, the Dino-Bite in XT will feel tougher than the Krypto-Bite in XT.
Probe Tip - This is the most versatile & popular tip attachment. It's bumpy on one side and striated on the other side for different levels of sensory input (the bumpy side provides more input than the striated side).
Mini Tip - This is a smaller version of the Probe Tip, designed for smaller mouths (about 2.5 years and under). This age recommendation is not a hard-and-fast rule though - we've seen younger kids use the Probe Tip and older individuals use the Mini Tip.
Preefer Tip - This tip attachment is rounded with ridges all along the circumference for when a "rolling" action is desired for a different kind of sensory input. Roll it over the lips, across the tongue, and inside the cheeks.
Fine Tip - This tip narrows down to a fine point, which makes it perfect for pinpointing very specific areas in the mouth.
Bite-n-Chew Tip - These tips are rounded and chewable, for practicing biting & chewing skills. The "extra long" versions are about an inch longer and a little skinnier, to make it easier to reach the back molars. The textured version has bumps for extra sensory input.
Bite Tube Tip - These tips are similar to the Bite-n-Chew Tip, but with a hollow center so that you can put puréed foods (applesauce, yogurt, etc.) inside the tip for functional biting & chewing practice. Once you bite down on the tip, you get 'rewarded' with a taste of food.
Spoon Tip - Great for feeding therapy and mealtimes, these attachments turn the Z-Vibe into a vibrating spoon! The smooth, gentle vibration can help "wake up" the mouth and decrease aversions. The textured version has bumps on the bottom of the spoon bowl to help stimulate the tongue and lower lip, and to help encourage the transition from puréed to more solid foods. The hard Spoon Tip is rigid, like a regular spoon. The soft Spoon Tip is flexible (still firm enough to hold food, but flexible enough to be gentle on the teeth if someone bites down on the spoon.
Tongue Tip - This tip can be used as a traditional tongue scraper to help establish good oral care. It can also be used to help establish the concept of tongue lateralization and elevation (hold the Tongue Tip vertically in front of the mouth and ask the individual to put the tip of their tongue inside the hole, then guide the tongue from side to side or up and down). You can also place the Tongue Tip flat on top of the tongue to provide input to a large surface area of the tongue (this tip has the largest "footprint" surface-area-wise).
Popette Tip - This tip attachment is an adaptor that lets you use lollipops with the Z-Vibe. Just twist the Popette Tip into the Z-Vibe handle, then press a lollipop into the Popette Tip. Lollipops are a fun way to get kids interested in sensory oral motor exercises.
Brush Tips - The soft version has gentle bristles for gum massage; the hard version has firmer bristles closer to that of a traditional toothbrush. These can be used to help get orally sensitive individuals more comfortable with oral care, so that they can eventually use regular toothbrushes, be more comfortable going to the dentist, etc.
Pencil - This attachment turns your Z-Vibe into a vibrating pencil! The vibration of the Z-Vibe is very smooth, so it doesn't create squiggly lines. Instead, it can help increase focus by providing more sensory input and awareness to the hand.
Pen - This attachment turns your Z-Vibe into a vibrating pen.
Crayon - And this attachment turns your Z-Vibe into a vibrating crayon.
Brick Tip - This tip attachment has large bumps on one side and small bumps on the other side for lots of varying sensory input while biting & chewing. It comes in 3 toughness levels for mild to moderate to avid chewing.
